THESTARTINGPOINT

When Noam came to us, the product had already been advertised in America for over a year - with little traction. The market didn’t fully understand the product, the need, or why it belonged in every home.

The challenge wasn’t just to advertise Noam.
It was to educate the market.

THECHALLENGE

Low Awareness

The category was still unfamiliar to much of the market at the time.

Trust Needed

The audience needed to understand reliability, kashrus, Shabbos use, and daily value.

New Home Habit

Most families were not used to having this kind of system at home.

Clear Messaging

The product needed to feel simple, useful, and relevant - not technical.

THE STRATEGY

We built the strategy in stages - first explaining the product, then building trust, then turning Noam into a familiar name across the Orthodox American market.

Phase 1

Educate the Market

Explain what Noam is, how it works, and why families need it.

Phase 2

Build Trust

Highlight kashrus, Shabbos compatibility, safety, convenience, and everyday use.

Phase 3

Create Familiarity

Show Noam again and again across the places the audience already pays attention to.

Phase 4

Move from Need to Norm

The message shifted from “this is useful” to “this is what every home should have.”

FROM EDUCATION TO DEMAND

THEN:

NOW:

At first, the market needed to understand the product. Later, the market needed to feel they were missing it.

THEMARKETINGSYSTEM

A complete campaign system built across every touchpoint -from awareness and education to repeated visibility, sales support, and market demand.

The first campaign.shoot focused onmarket education

At that stage, the audience still needed to understand the product, the need, and the everyday problems Noam was solving. We used actors to create familiar home scenarios - preparing water for Shabbos, keeping children safe, and replacing the old routines of boiling, filling, and waiting with one simple system.

THE SECOND CAMPAIGN POSITIONED NOAM AS THE OBVIOUS 2026 UPGRADE

In 2026, water shouldn’t take work.
Noam made hot and cold water feel like something that should simply be ready.

FAMILIARFACES USINGNOAM

A short social-proof video showing familiar names already using Noam in their own homes.

EXPO BOOTH EXPERIENCE

We created Noam’s full expo booth system - walls, brochures, raffle materials, cards, and branded touchpoints designed to support in-person sales and brand recognition.

THE THIRDCAMPAIGNSHOWING LIFE WITH NOAM

Rather than focusing on pain points, this campaign highlights the lifestyle Noam creates. Cold water after a long day, coffee in the office, a warm bottle for the baby - simple moments that show how seamlessly Noam becomes part of daily life.

JULY 4TH VIDEO

A short Noam video created around America’s 250th Independence Day and a matching $250 offer.
